Bouygues Construction came to us with a clear need: create a website for their new service, Coprio Renovation, that would work equally well for property owners and industry professionals. The main challenge wasn't just designing something that fit within Bouygues' brand guidelines - we needed to make complex renovation services feel approachable while maintaining their professional edge. We also had to meet tight launch deadlines and integrate with Salesforce CRM, all while ensuring enterprise-level security standards were met.
We took a practical approach, starting with a clean, focused design that made Coprio's services easy to understand for everyone. Instead of trying to be two different things, we created one cohesive website that naturally speaks to both homeowners and professionals. To meet the deadline, we split the work into two phases: a clean, functional first version for the launch, followed by a fuller feature set. This gave Bouygues a solid website for their initial presentations while allowing us to refine and expand based on real user feedback. The custom interface we designed keeps things simple and friendly, while still feeling professional and trustworthy.
Before jumping into design, we did our homework. We researched what both property owners and industry professionals actually need from a renovation services website, and looked at what was already out there in the market. This research shaped our decisions about everything from the site's structure to how we presented complex information. We kept the technical side practical and efficient, choosing solutions that would work reliably while keeping costs sensible. The launch proved this approach worked: the website was ready on time and on budget, started generating leads right away, and got great feedback when Bouygues presented it at industry events.
