Vadim Vichniakov
Vadim is a strategist with broad experience in product and service design. He has a passion for creative thinking, data and technology, working with the likes of Publicis and Microsoft in Paris before moving to Australia and Orchard - on the hunt for warmer weather and beautiful coastlines!
Before “Sauce", Vadim was UX Lead at Orchard Sydney and Marcel Publicis Paris. He was responsible for some of the biggest digital transformations in Australia, whilst also working with clients to bring their brand promises to life in unique signature brand experiences.
His experience spans Automotive (Renault, Hyundai and Genesis), FMCG (Nestle, Schwarzkopf), Retail (Carrefour and IGA) Insurance (Axa), Healthcare (Zoetis, BI, MSD) Telco (Orange) and Tech (TheFork and Match Group).

Nicolaj Esteban
Nicolaj is a multi disciplinary designer who is always looking for the silver lining, the story and the themes that lie underneath. He likes to challenge the status quo and think outside of the box to bring out the unique flavours in every project.
A broad skillset in filmmaking, storytelling, branding, graphic design and music allows him to see connections where others might not. The results are often surprising and delightful, ideas that stand out like a cherry on top of a cake.
He’s been working with companies such as Studio Gilay in Sydney Australia and high-end luxury fashion house Akris in Switzerland. To keep his artistic senses sharp he’s pursuing a mixed reality music project on the side.
