1. Who we are

This Cookie Policy explains how Design Sauce Studio Pte. Ltd. (“Design Sauce”, “we”, “our”, “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on sauuuce.com (the “Site”). We are registered in Singapore (UEN 202424093M) with our principal place of business at 68 Circular Road #02-01 Singapore 049422. Questions can be sent to privacy@sauuuce.com.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language and other display preferences) over a period of time. We also use web beacons and pixels, which are tiny graphic files that download when you open a page or e-mail and help us understand usage patterns.

3. Why we use cookies

  • Strictly necessary cookies let the Site load, balance traffic and keep the Crisp chat widget running.

  • Functional cookies remember settings (for example, language), keep Cal.com bookings and Typeform embeds working and ensure a smooth user experience.

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) tell us which pages are popular and how visitors move through the Site, so we can improve performance.

  • Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, YouTube and Vimeo trackers) help us show you more relevant ads and measure their effectiveness.

Under the EU GDPR we ask for consent before placing any cookie that is not strictly necessary. In Singapore and Australia we notify you and offer an opt-out or rely on legitimate interests, depending on the context.

Typical lifespans range from a single browsing session to about two years, depending on the provider. We review these periods at least once a year.

4. Main cookies and trackers in use

  • Crisp Chat (“crisp-client/…”) – keeps a single chat session across pages.

  • Cal.com (“__clnds”) – stores a booking state when you schedule a call.

  • Typeform (“tf_”, “tfa_”) – ensures embedded forms are displayed and completion events are recorded.

  • Google Analytics 4 (“_ga”, “ga*”, “_gid”, “_gat”) – counts visits and tells us which pages are viewed.

  • Google Ads (“_gcl_au”) – links ad clicks to actions on the Site.

  • Meta/Facebook (“_fbp”, “fr”) – identifies browsers so ads can be shown and measured on Facebook and Instagram.

  • LinkedIn (“bcookie”, “lidc”, “li_sugr”, “UserMatchHistory”) – provides ad analytics and load balancing for LinkedIn services.

  • YouTube (“YSC”, “VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE”) – tracks video plays and estimates bandwidth for embedded players.

  • Vimeo (“vuid”) – remembers your viewing history for embedded Vimeo videos.

Third-party providers may add, rename or retire cookies without notice; we keep this list up to date and publish any significant changes.

5. How you can manage cookies

  • EU/EEA visitors see a banner on first visit: only strictly-necessary cookies load by default. You can accept, reject or fine-tune settings any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

  • Browser controls let you block or delete cookies altogether. Search your browser’s help pages for instructions. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break chat or embedded forms.

  • Analytics opt-out — Google offers a browser add-on; most browsers also include a “Do Not Track” setting.

  • Advertising choices — Manage ad personalisation in Google, Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn account settings, or visit the Digital Advertising Alliance websites for broader opt-outs in the US, EU and Australia.

6. International context

  • EU/EEA — We comply with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive; non-essential cookies rely on your prior consent and you may withdraw it at any time.

  • Singapore — Under the PDPA we notify you of cookie purposes and let you opt out of non-essential cookies.

  • Australia — Under the Privacy Act 1988 some cookies are treated as personal information; we provide an opt-out mechanism.

7. Data sharing and transfers

Some cookie providers process data in countries that may not have the same privacy laws as yours (for example, the United States). When personal data moves internationally we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.

8. Retention

We keep cookie-derived data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or until you withdraw consent. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be stored longer because it cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, to withdraw consent and to complain to a supervisory authority (for example, the CNIL in France, the PDPC in Singapore or the OAIC in Australia).

10. Updates to this policy

We review this policy annually. Any change appears on this page with a new “Last updated” date; material changes may also be highlighted through the cookie banner.
