1. Who we are

Design Sauce Studio Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202424093M) (“Design Sauce”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates sauuuce.com. We are registered at 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422. If you have questions about how we handle personal data, email privacy@sauuuce.com.

2 · Scope of this policy

This notice explains what personal data we collect through our website, contact and booking tools, and related online services; how we use it; with whom we share it; how long we keep it; and the rights available to visitors and clients. It applies whether you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), Singapore, Australia, or elsewhere. Our separate Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies in detail.

3 · What data we collect and why

3.1 Website usage information

When you visit sauuuce.com we receive:

  • your IP address, browser type, device information and referring URL;

  • pages visited and actions taken (via Google Analytics 4);

  • cookie identifiers (see Cookie Policy).

Purpose: to operate, secure and improve the site.


3.2 Contact & lead forms (Framer Forms)

Fields: full name, email, phone, company, role, location, reason for contacting, message.

Purpose: to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and keep internal records.


3.3 Chat (Crisp)

When you start a chat we ask for your name and email; all text you enter is also stored.

Purpose: real-time support and follow-up.


3.4 Meeting bookings (Cal.com)

Fields: name, email, timezone, company, meeting topic, message.

Purpose: to schedule calls or demos.


3.5 Project-intake questionnaire (Typeform)

Depending on the service, we may request project type, scope, budget, timeframe, technical stack, location and other brief-related details.

Purpose: to understand requirements and prepare proposals.


3.6 Job-application form (Framer)

Fields: full name, email, cover message and uploaded résumé.

Purpose: recruitment and candidate evaluation.


We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

4 · Legal bases for processing

In the EEA we rely on:


  • Consent — analytics cookies, marketing cookies, optional questionnaires.

  • Contractual necessity — preparing a proposal or meeting, performing services.

  • Legitimate interests — securing the site, preventing fraud, running internal analytics.


In Singapore (PDPA) and Australia (Privacy Act 1988) we notify you of the purposes above and obtain consent where required.

5 · Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run our business:


  • Website & hosting – Framer (Fastly CDN).

  • Analytics & marketing – Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, YouTube, Vimeo.

  • Forms & chat – Framer Forms, Crisp Chat, Typeform, Cal.com.

  • Productivity & storage – Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets).

  • CRM – Attio (lead management).

  • Accounting – Xero (invoices, receipts).


Some providers process data in the United States, Europe or other regions. Where GDPR applies, transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised safeguards.


We do not sell or rent your personal information.

6 · Retention periods

  • Website analytics: up to 26 months (the default GA4 setting).

  • Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months after our last interaction.

  • Client project files and invoices: 7 years after project completion (to meet tax and accounting obligations).

  • Chat transcripts: 12 months from last message.

  • Job-application records: 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.


After these periods data is securely erased or anonymised.

7 · Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:


  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correct inaccuracies or complete incomplete data.

  • Delete your data or restrict how we use it.

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already performed).

  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., CNIL in France, PDPC in Singapore, OAIC in Australia).

8 · Security measures

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular monitoring to protect the data we hold. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard information under our control.

9 · Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10 · Changes to this policy

We review this Privacy Policy annually. If we make significant changes, we will post them here and, where appropriate, notify you via a banner or email. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
