Terms of Service
1 · Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using sauuuce.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. We may revise the Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
2 · Who we are
The Site is operated by Design Sauce Studio Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202424093M), 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422 (“Design Sauce,” “we,” “our”).
3 · Intellectual-Property Rights
Ownership – All text, images, graphics, audio, video, logos, trademarks, case studies, and other content on the Site (collectively “Content”) are owned by Design Sauce or our licensors.
No reuse without permission – You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, transmit, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent. Simple hyperlinks to public pages of the Site are permitted, provided they do not misrepresent our relationship or present the Site in a false, misleading, or derogatory manner.
Feedback – Any suggestions or ideas you submit may be used by us free of charge and without attribution.
4 · User-Generated Content
The Site may display testimonials, comments, or other material provided by users (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you:
Warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post it;
Grant Design Sauce a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, adapt, and distribute it for promotional purposes;
Agree that we may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.
You are solely responsible for User Content you submit, and you must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
5 · Third-Party Services & Links
The Site integrates or links to third-party tools and platforms (including Google Analytics, Crisp Chat, Cal.com, Typeform, YouTube, Vimeo, Meta, LinkedIn, Xero, Google Workspace, Attio). We do not own or control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or security. Your use of any third-party service is governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
6 · Informational Nature of Site Content
All information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Project deliverables and service obligations are governed exclusively by the written agreements we sign with each client. Do not rely on Site content as a substitute for tailored professional guidance.
7 · Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Design Sauce disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Indirect damages – Design Sauce will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any third-party tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Aggregate cap — Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to SGD 100 in aggregate. Different liability caps—typically linked to project fees—apply under any separate client contract or Statement of Work you sign with us.
Third-party platforms – We are not responsible for any act, omission, or failure of third-party software, services, or hosting providers, nor for damages resulting from your use of them.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
9 · Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Design Sauce, our directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10 · Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing law – These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal resolution – You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by emailing bonjour@sauuuce.com and allowing us at least thirty (30) days to respond.
Mandatory mediation and arbitration – If a dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be submitted to confidential mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre’s Mediation Procedure. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language shall be English.
Time limit – Any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred.
Injunctive relief – Notwithstanding the above, Design Sauce may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
11 · Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
12 · Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Design Sauce regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
