We adopted a comprehensive UX approach to tackle this challenge, which involved in-depth client and freelance experience mapping. Understanding that the project's success hinged on its ease of use for both parties, we produced detailed documentation and mapped scenarios to bring clarity to the system's complex processes. Knowing that input from our target user base would be crucial to the project's success, we involved creative profiles from our intended audience in the design process. We organised creative workshops that allowed us to glean important insights into their needs, expectations, and pain points. These insights were instrumental in guiding our design choices and ensuring that the final product would be user-friendly and meet the needs of all stakeholders.
