Animated Content Design Showcasing African Inspired Collection
In 2016, Akris creative director Albert Kriemler has fallen in love with the vibrant world of Africa. He created a whole collection around the colour red and brought it to life through fashion. Our challenge was to bring this inspiration to life on various other media such as photography, video, booklets, shop windows and animated visuals for the show at the Paris Fashion Week.
Using the electrifying prints and colours boldly throughout different outlets draws the viewers into the world of Albert. The live visuals were timed to compliment the looks presented during the show. Using layers of red in print and digital underlined the wild inspiration of the red earth of Africa.
We took Albert by his words: Red was truly everything throughout the whole campaign. Things were printed, animated and photographed red on red. Everything invited you in, to take a walk through Albert’s mind that was inspired by the red earth of Africa.
